"Vila Parang ", located in the Paring Mountains, is 15 km away from Petrosani,at 1650 m altitude, and you can get there by car. The chalet has a private parking space, and can provide accomodation for 87 people, has a bar and a restaurant with a capacity of 120 seats, a conference room with 40 seats, sauna and a sport room with ping-pong tables. The accommodation can be made in: 4 rooms with 3 beds, with bathroom and tv set, 25 rooms with 2 beds, with bathroom and tv sets, 3 rooms with 6 beds with tv sets and bathroom down the hall, 1 room with 4 beds and tv set and bathroom down the hall. In the rooms with 2 and 3 beds there are showers in the bathrooms. Heating and hot water are provided by the cabin's own heating system, all day long. For organized groups larger than 15, you can get a discount. During the winter we provide ski courses, for beginners and advanced students, on slopes with different degrees of difficulty. Tourists can also fly with a para-glider, do mountain-bike, extreme skiing, go climbing or kicking.
We have private instructors for flying with the para-glider. During the periods admitted by the Romanian laws, we organize hunting and fishing trips. We rent all kind of sport equipment. We have 2 private ski slopes "Poiana" and "Spre Saivane" that have nocturnal illumination system and 2 ski-lifts. Snow Groomer.
